Today my sister-in-law Kathy and her husband Mel are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary. There was some talk before COVID 19 about a party to celebrate. That may turn out to be virtual…..anyway it doesn’t take away from the wonderful accomplishment. Happy Anniversary!!!! Here is the card I made for them:
I added a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Golden Honey DSP (retired from Saleabration) to a 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ piece of gold foil and then to the Black card base.
I punch 4 sets of leaves from the Leaf Punch and added them to the back of the black panel that was cut with one of the Stitched So Sweetly dies and then embossed with the Subtles embossing folder. I used the Large Number dies to cut the numbers with Gold Glimmer paper. They were added with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Rhinestones were added to finish the card.
For the inside the sentiments from Peaceful Moments and Beautiful Bouquet were stamped with Golden Glitz ink (r). I used one of the dies from Be Mine Stitched Framelits with more of the Designer Paper and added it to the inside.
Even though some of the items are retired you can still make this card using what you have. If you have any questions, please let me know with a comment or you can email me at Durgans@comcast.net
Thank you for stopping by today. Have a good one and stay safe!
