Our grandson is taking an art class. He is 9 years old and even before his class some of his art adorns the walls of his Aunt. I wanted to make him an Easter card and honor his artistic talents.
It’s a theme challenge from Just Us Girls and an Easter theme for the Global Design Project. I used the easel from the Painter’s Palette stamp set along with the retired Basket Bunch.
I used some Sponge Daubers for the sky and ground before I stamped the easel. I stamped it again on another scrap. I stamped the bunny and grass on the second easel. I cut it out and added it to the panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The grass is from the Picnic Basket Builder framelits. The eggs are from the retired Basket Builder Framelits.
The Happy Easter is from a framelit that I can’t honestly say where I got it. Of course I had to make room for a gift card. All you need to do is cut a piece of cardstock 2″ x 4″ and attach with Tear n’ Tape.
