Today is our 48th Wedding Anniversary. Since we are staying at home 🙂 I’ll be making one of John’s favorite desserts. He will either get a homemade Apple pie or his grandma’s recipe Chocolate Cake. Which do you think he would like best? I must say, a lot has changed in the last 48 years. I’m just happy to be with someone I love to be around during this stay at home time.
Of course I had to make an Anniversary card:
I started by using the Parisian Flourish 3D embossing folder. I cut the heart and the panel that goes across the front from the Champagne Foil (4″ x 5-1/4). Then I adhered that to the Champagne Foil panel and then to the card base.
The sentiment was stamped with Versa Mark and I added Silver Embossing Powder and heat embossed. I used one of the Be Mine Stitched Framelits to cut out the heart. Dimensionals were used on both hearts.
The inside sentiment is from a retired stamp set called Love You Still. The hearts on the inside are from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits also.
If you’d like to make this card or have any questions, you can email me firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll be happy to help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by today. Be well and stay safe !!!!
