It’s graduation season and today I’m sharing the graduation card we are sending to our great niece who just graduated from Washington State University. It’s always nice to get an announcement that had school information like the logo so I can use it on the card we send. As Coug parents ourselves we are delighted and extremely proud.
The WSU colors are Crimson and Gray. I used the Stitched Shapes framelits to cut the logo from the announcement and added it to a piece of Silver Foil. The sentiment was heat embossed with Silver embossing powder. It’s a simple card that does pack a punch don’t you think?
I added some retired Washi tape to the inside to add an extra touch.
Stamps: Sunshine Sayings, Amazing Congratulations Paper: Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, Silver Foil, Vanilla Ink: Versamark, Basic Gray Accessories: Stitched Shapes framelits, Silver EP, Urban Underground Washi Tape (r), Stampin’ Dimensionals
I hope this gives you an idea to create graduations cards to send. Tomorrow I have a different graduation card to share.
