Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. We woke up Saturday to a little over 1″ of snow and it was gone by the afternoon. I’m hoping now that Spring will truly arrive with some warmer weather. I’m sure many will agree with me, ” enough is enough” 🙂 .
I using the stamp set called You’re Inspiring for the Inspiration challenge from Hand Stamped Sentiments and the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches. This stamp isn’t just for Easter, but it is today 🙂 .
Here is my card:
I started by using the Powder Pink ink pad and a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Springtime Foils Specialty DSP. I ran the ink pad across the whole panel and then rubbed of the extra ink with a paper towel. That’s what I had on hand but you could easily use a tissue. I heat embossed the flower and sentiment with Gold embossing powder.
I stamped the flowers on the inside with Smoky Slate ink after I stamped it first on a piece of scratch paper. I colored the rhinestones with the Dark Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Blend.
