The challenge from Hand Stamped Sentiments got me thinking….how do you create a masculine valentine’s day card? They seem to be mostly frilly and not really for a guy. I decided to bring the tarnished look to today’s project with the Sure Do Love You stamp. It’s possible that this could be the one for my husband. You never know 🙂 He loves to critique all of my work so I may have to just slip this one by him so it will be a surprise. 🙂
and my card:
I love how the Sweet & Sassy framelits fit the heart area from the Sweetheart TIEF perfectly. I used Clear EP for the sentiment. It is hard to see but it gives a nice shine.
I used Silver embossing powder for the area around the sentiment. It dresses up the inside, don’t you think?
