I won this stamp set at On Stage in Utah last November. I haven’t gotten the framelits yet so I did some fussy cutting for this card.
I started with a 4″ x 5-1/4″ panel of Shimmery White.
Use painter’s tape around the panel 1/4″ to hold the paper in place and create a border. I adhered my panel to a clipboard.
Spritz the paper with water and sprinkle the blue Brusho lightly over the cardstock. Spritz again so the crystals melt. You can lightly pat the panel with a paper towel to soak up some of the extra water. I only used the one color for this project. A good way to start for just starting with this new medium for me 🙂 .
I let this dry naturally. It took about an hour. The paper looks really warped but by the time it dries it is laying flat. Yeah!!!
Using the White Craft ink from the lid and your Aqua Painter mix until you can flick white spots on the project. This gives a star effect. I let this dry again.
I used White embossing powder to heat emboss the sentiment.
The Wizard was stamped on white with Memento Ink and colored with Stampin Blends: Light Smoky Slate, Ivory, Light and Dark Cherry Cobbler. After I fussy cut the image I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop it over the Vellum circle and to the card.
Glitter Enamel Dots and Stars finish the card. I used a retired punch for the glimmer stars.
