The challenge from Stamp Ink Paper is “Watercolor”. I’m combining two stamp sets for today’s project; Crafting Forever and Painter’s Palette.
And here is my card:
I stamped the brushes with Gray Archival ink on watercolor paper. I added the “strokes” with a few colors and an aqua painter. I stamped the brushes again on some designer paper and paper pieced the container. Crumb Cake was used at the bottom and a little to create a shadow around the jar. I a Shimmery White scrap for the sentiment. I used my Misti to add the different colors and to make sure I got good coverage. Just my opinion but this is a must have tool. I used one of the Stitched Shapes Framelits to cut out the sentiment. I used the same size for the Lemon Lime Twist. When you don’t have a lot of room to layer, just twist the square. I really like the look. I added some Brights (Pacific Point) enamel shapes to finish the card.
The inside sentiment is from Happy Birthday Gorgeous….okay I used three different stamps 🙂 .
