The challenge from the Paper Players is a Tic-Tac-Toe challenge. I chose the third column down: Birthday, Pink, Circle. I learned the fold for this card from a good friend, thank you Sue! I initially didn’t do much layering and I’ll show you that card at the end of this post. I thought more layering made the card more striking. I used the Birthday Delivery stamp set and coordinating framelits. I stamped the cake on Shimmery White with Gray Archival ink and used the aqua painter to add the colors.
