Today I’m featuring the retiring Love & Affection suite for the sketch challenge for the Paper Players. I started by using the flower embossing folder on some Shimmery White cardstock. I knew I wanted to used the blender pen to color the image so using the Shimmery paper allowed me to do that. The edges of the flowers and leaves were colored with markers. To soften the color for the flowers I used a marker and colored a block and then picked up the ink from the block. After the coloring was finished I hand cut the image and applied it to the white square with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I heat embossed the sentiment with White Stampin’ Embossing Powder. I added a few pearls to finish the outside and some washi tape to finish the inside.
