We have some friends who will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. That’s an accomplishment that is rare in today’s world. Since I wanted to make them a card to help celebrate I used the sketch challenge from the Paper Craft Crew as my inspiration. It’s very sparkly which is right down my alley.
Here is my card:
I started by running the white panel through the Falling Petals TIEF. I added the gold glimmer paper that was cut with the Detailed Floral Thinlits. I added that panel to the Gold Foil panel, added the Gold Baker’s Twine and then adhered to the Black card base. I used the Banner Triple Punch on the Black and Vellum banners. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark on white cardstock, added gold embossing powder and heat embossed it. Then I stamped the outline (from Number of Years) in Versamark around the sentiment, added the gold EP and heat embossed that. I used the framelit from the Large Number Framelits to cut out the sentiment. The gold foil medallion is from the Delicate Ornaments Framelits. The numbers were cut with the Large Number Framelits on the Gold Glimmer paper. I hope this card will make them smile.
