It’s Photo Week for Just Us Girls. This time of year it seems like Winter will last forever….. so the daisy shown on the challenge makes me smile. To take it a step further I chose to use the daisy stamp from Basket for you for my project. I hope this brings a smile to you, too.
Thank you for stopping by today!
Stamps: Basket for You, Badges & Banners Paper: Delightful Dijon, Old Olive, Serene Scenery DSP, Watercolor Paper, White Ink Gray Archival, Old Olive, Delightful Dijon Accessories: Delightful Dijon Dotted Lace Trim, Duet Banner Punch, Metallic Enamel Shapes, Watercolor Pencil, Aqua Painter, Blender Pen, Stampin’ Dimensionals
I stamped the flowers with Gray Archival ink on watercolor paper and colored it with the new Watercolor pencils. Then I blended the coloring with the Aqua Painter. The Stitched Shapes Framelits and the Layering Ovals help to create the centerpiece.
I used the Misti to stamp the banner with Old Olive ink and then again with Versamark so I could add Clear embossing powder and heat emboss it.
I used a blender pen to add the color for the inside of the card. It is just a softer look rather than using a marker.
Here is the challenge that inspired my card:
