I hope you are having a great weekend! I went with the Halloween theme for the sketch from Stamp Ink Paper. I know there are many people who don’t really send cards for Halloween but wouldn’t it be a great surprise to receive one? Maybe we should extend World Card Making Day to Card Making Day and Sending Month.
I stamped the Crushed Curry panel with Versamark with the candy corn stamp in Jar Of Haunts. I stamped the jar and the candy corn in Memento Ink. I stamped the jar again on window sheet with Stazon and used the framelit from Everyday Jars. I colored the lid on the white card stock with Gold Wink of Stella. I colored the candy corns with Tangerine Tango & Crushed Curry Stampin’ Markers. I used the Fine-Tip Glue on the top of the candy corn and added Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. When I added the window sheet, I used very small dots of the Multi Purpose Glue around the edges of the window sheet. I waited until the dots turned clear and added it to the white panel. I stamped some of the candy corn separately. I colored them, added the glitter and adhered with a glue dot. It’s funny how things turn out. I wasn’t even thinking about adding the extra candy corns but when your card flips and hits an ink pad and adds some color to your card where you didn’t want it….it now seems like a great idea 🙂
Have a great day and thank you for stopping by today,
